Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces according to client specifications
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products safely and efficiently
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Manage your own schedule and appointments to maximize productivity
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to clients or supervisors
Experience
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not essential; training can be provided
- Hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members
- Experience in cooking or hospitality can be advantageous for certain client requests
