This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established four-bed children's home supporting young people aged 8–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The home provides a structured, nurturing environment where children are supported to develop emotionally, socially, and practically while receiving consistent, therapeutic care.
We are looking for experienced, resilient and compassionate Senior Residential Care Workers who are passionate about improving the lives of children and young people.
As a Senior, you will support the leadership team with the day-to-day running of the home, provide guidance to Residential Support Workers, lead by example during shifts, and ensure children receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care.
You will be confident managing challenging behaviours, building trusting relationships, and promoting positive outcomes through patience, consistency, and excellent practice.

You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a car.
You only hold a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (this is not considered equivalent).
You require sponsorship or are currently on a visa requiring sponsorship.
You have only worked within Healthcare, NHS, CQC-regulated services or Nurseries.
Individuals with only CQC experience and/or who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
