We are looking for a Korean speaking Aesthetician and Training Coordinator to join our growing team in Kensington, London.
This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of Korean skincare, facial treatments, aesthetic products, and clinic support. The position is mainly office based and involves speaking with clinics, handling enquiries, supporting clients, and delivering product and treatment training both online and in person.
We work with professional Korean medical grade facial and aesthetic products, so fluent Korean and English are essential for this role. The successful candidate will receive ongoing training and will have the opportunity to learn a lot about advanced Korean skincare, product education, clinic protocols, and professional treatment support.
Main responsibilities
- Answering calls and responding to clinic enquiries in a professional manner
- Supporting clinics with product information, treatment guidance, and general questions
- Delivering training sessions online and in person ( You will be trained fully)
- Learning product knowledge, treatment protocols, and clinic support processes
- Building strong relationships with clinics and professional clients
- Assisting with office based administration and day to day coordination
- Representing the business in a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly way
Requirements
- Fluent Korean and English language skills
- Good knowledge of Korean skincare, facials, or aesthetic products
- Aesthetician, beauty therapist, skincare specialist, or clinic experience preferred
- Confident speaking with clients and clinics by phone and in person
- Willingness to learn and complete further product and treatment training
- Professional, organised, reliable, and friendly
- Able to work from our Kensington office
