Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing individual needs and developing personalized care plans
- Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with prescribed instructions and protocols
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments, documenting findings meticulously
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective treatment strategies and ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medication regimes, and post-discharge care instructions
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control procedures and health & safety regulations
- Respond promptly to emergencies or changes in patient conditions, providing immediate intervention when necessary
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with relevant nursing regulatory body
- Proven experience in patient care within a hospital, clinic, or community setting
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making
- Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding dosages and potential side effects
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations confidently
