- Supporting stock control and smooth daily operations
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider Spicer+Cole family
About you:
- Solid experience running or supervising a quality café or hospitality team
- A natural host who enjoys people and building a positive team culture
- Organised, calm and practical
- Someone who loves hospitality, good food and good coffee
- Proud to run a café that feels warm, welcoming and well looked after
What we offer:
- A leadership role in an independent Bristol café group with strong values
- A unique workplace inside the RWA
- A supportive, friendly team culture
- Competitive salary (DOE)
