The Role:
As Assistant Manager, you'll be a key part of the day-to-day running of the venue. That means leading shifts, managing stock and cellar operations, supporting our events programme, and stepping up on the General Manager's days off.
This role suits someone already working in bar management, or an experienced duty manager ready to step up.
What We're Looking For:
- Confidence leading a team, delegating, and setting the standard on shift
- Strong admin skills: stock ordering, rotas, back office systems
- Cellar management and line cleaning experience
- Knowledge of craft beer (bonus points for knowing your Bristol breweries)
- Cocktail knowledge and an interest in developing your skills
- A high standard when it comes to venue cleanliness and upkeep
- At least 2 years in hospitality with 1+ year in a supervisory or management role
- Driving license preferred but not essential
