Job Title: Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver

Salary: £13.55 per hour
Working Hours: Mon to Thu 11.30 – 20:00 and Fri 10:30 – 19:00

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient movement of goods throughout the warehouse. This position is central to maintaining operational flow, supporting inbound and outbound processes, and upholding high standards of accuracy, safety and service.
You will be responsible for a blend of hands‑on warehouse activity and skilled FLT operation, contributing directly to service performance, stock integrity and overall warehouse efficiency. Working as part of a high‑performing team, you will help deliver operational excellence and support continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Order picking: accurately pick orders to customer specifications in line with KPIs.
- Loading & unloading: handle goods from lorries safely to prevent damage in accordance with manual handling.
- Stock rotation: maintain product quality and correct stock flow.
- General warehouse duties: support wider warehouse operations as required.

- Warehouse experience: previous experience in picking and packing is highly desirable.
- System familiarity: experience with warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- Attention to detail: ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Teamwork: positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
- Reliability: dependable, safety‑focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
