Hours of work - between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Main Duties and Responsibilities
First point of contact on the telephone – providing an excellent customer facing approach to all callers.
Find Products for key accounts
Update customers on orders - making calls to customers to let them know stock is back in from general enquiries
Provide general and flexible administrative support
Placing and processing orders
Answering the telephone
Organise the office, filing and record keeping in line with GDPR/data protection
Updating spreadsheets and records
Skills and Experience
Previous administration experience is essential
Highly organised and able to multi task effectively
Have excellent customer service skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
