Part-time (30 hours per week) | £40,000-£45,000 | Hybrid (Moreton-in-Marsh)
VTP Global is an entrepreneurial business developing and operating unique luxury automotive-themed tourism and entertainment destinations worldwide. As the company enters an exciting phase of international growth, including the launch of a major US$500m project in China, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will take ownership of the finance function, supporting both day-to-day financial operations and strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end processes, reconciliations, purchase ledger and payment runs
- Prepare quarterly management accounts, cash flow forecasts and financial reporting
- Oversee bookkeeping, VAT returns and payroll
- Manage statutory reporting and Companies House filings
- Monitor debtor and creditor positions
- Liaise with external accountants, banks and professional advisers
- Support project accounting, investment activities and financial due diligence
- Assist with annual financial statements and financial controls
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or qualified by experience
- Strong experience managing financial operations within a business
- Excellent Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Lookups
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, growing business

- Property development, construction, leisure or hospitality sectors
- Joint ventures and multi-entity businesses
- International or multi-currency transactions
- Owner-managed or entrepreneurial businesses
