Job Description:
NexGen Windows is looking for a reliable and hardworking Window Fitter / Labourer who can drive to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role assisting with the installation of windows, doors and other home improvement products. Previous window fitting or building experience is preferred, but we are also happy to consider someone with good practical skills and the right attitude who is willing to learn.
The Role
- Assisting experienced fitters with the installation of windows and doors
- Loading, transporting and unloading materials and equipment
- Helping with preparation and removal of old windows, doors and frames
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe
- Driving company vehicles to and from jobs
- Working as part of a professional installation team
- Carrying out general labouring and practical tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- Previous window fitting, construction or labouring experience is advantageous
- Good practical skills and a willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Good attitude and professional approach
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
