Telesales Team Leader - B2B New Business, Leeds LS12
£26,000 to £31,000 plus bonus and commission
Leodis Coffee is expanding and we're looking for a confident, target-driven Telesales Team Leader to join our Business Support Team in Leeds. This is a B2B new business role combining hands-on outbound calling and LinkedIn outreach with day-to-day leadership of a small telesales team.
The Role
- Make outbound B2B sales calls daily to generate new business
- Use LinkedIn to prospect, connect with and engage key decision-makers
- Generate leads and book qualified appointments for the field sales team
- Manage, coach and motivate a small telesales team to hit targets
- Oversee appointment diaries and related admin tasks
- Work towards clear daily, weekly and team targets
What You'll Need
- At least 2 year of telesales or appointment setting experience (required)
- Experience using LinkedIn for outreach and lead generation
- Experience managing or leading a small team (essential)
- Proven B2B lead generation or outbound sales experience
- Strong communication skills and confident objection handling
- Target-focused with a positive, resilient attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
