We are seeking two dedicated Counter Assistant to join our team at Millets Farm Centre on Saturdays! Located in the heart of our bustling farm shop, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality goods while ensuring excellent customer service. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for freshness and quality.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the counter areas to ensure food safety standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases.
- Support the team in managing stock on displays.
- Help with the display and merchandising of baked goods to attract customers.
- Participate in upselling products to enhance sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
