Inspire Support Workers is a care Agency which provides personal centred support to vulnerable adults and children with complex health care needs including learning disability outreach and supported living services as well as Domiciliary care.
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative assistant with prior experience in Social Care and admin to work at our main office Monday and Tuesday alongside our senior administrator Also, you must also be local to the Charlton area.
10am-5pm.
Main tasks for this Job Role:
- Posting Job vacancies on recruitment Job sites, including contacting potential candidates.
- Completing recruitment checks such as DBS, references , support with Interviews and induction of new staff.
- Carrying out administrative office and compliance tasks such emailing, scanning, photocopying, texting, making and receiving phone calls, petty cash management, organise virtual meetings, taking minutes during face to face and virtual meetings and logging in incidents electronically.
- updating support plan records on the electronic care system back office as advised by management.
- updating relevant organisational forms and procedures as advised by management
- Updating training and supervision matrix including filing electronic and hard copy documents.
- Liaise with staff, service user
- other delegated administrative tasks by management
- This Job will be subject to a DBS check
- Liaising with senior administrator.
