We're looking for an experienced Customer Liaison & Data Entry Administrator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with extensive customer service experience who thrives under pressure. Alongside supporting customers, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring our systems are kept up to date.
You'll play an important role in supporting both our customers and internal teams by ensuring information is recorded accurately and any customer concerns are managed calmly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Liaise with customers with professionalism and confidence.
- De-escalate difficult conversations and work towards positive resolutions.
- Build positive relationships with customers while managing expectations.
- Maintain customer information, job updates and notes within our digital systems.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure information is communicated accurately.
About You
We're looking for someone who remains calm under pressure and has a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
You will have:
- Extensive experience in customer service, complaints handling or customer liaison.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong administration and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- The ability to manage sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proven ability to de-escalate difficult situations and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
