We're looking for a Governance Co-ordinator to help provide essential administrative support to the Governance team, helping ensure that key processes across our function run smoothly and efficiently. ( This role is known as Governance Administrator internally).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Governance & Compliance: You will be involved in supporting the team across governance, data protection and insurance, for example by co-ordinating the signing and sealing process by organising signatories and logging the use of the Company seal, managing the wider team's inbox and other ad-hoc administration.
Procurement & Finance: You will raise purchase orders, process invoices for goods and services, and assist with budget management by identifying miscoded expenditure. You will also assist in setting up and maintaining accurate records for new and existing suppliers.
General Administration: You will organise meetings and venues, prepare agendas and minutes, respond to routine information requests, and accurately maintain databases, reports, and presentations.
Contract Management: You will support the Head of Governance in managing key governance contracts such as our legal panel contract, including the collation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data, monitoring documentation, and arranging meetings.

Proven experience handling sensitive or confidential information in compliance with data protection standards.
Demonstrated experience using various IT systems, databases, and shared inboxes to manage administrative workflows, co-ordinate meetings, and process paperwork.
Practical experience creating and updating spreadsheets, tracking key dates, processing invoices, and generating reports or basic KPI analytics.
Experience or familiarity working within the housing sector, corporate governance, legal administration, or a similar regulated environment.
