We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Contractor Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate cleaning services across designated client sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Develop customised cleaning plans tailored to client requirements, maintaining flexibility for specific needs.
- Liaise with clients to understand their expectations and provide updates on service delivery.
- Manage scheduling of cleaning staff, ensuring adequate coverage during operational hours.
- Monitor quality standards through regular inspections and feedback collection, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supplies used, and client interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Analyse operational data to optimise processes and enhance service efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Provide training and support to cleaning staff on best practices and safety procedures.
