Dispenser (Qualified or Non-Qualified) – Competitive Salary – Full-Time 32-35 hours per week incl Saturdays (09:00-12:30) or Part-Time 20hrs incl Saturday mornings (09:00-12:30)
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our multi-award winning team.
This is a great opportunity for someone to join a successful independent pharmacy, partnering with the local community, local surgeries, and nursing Homes. We have just inherited more patients after a local pharmacy reduced its hours, and we need you to join our team.
What you need
Fully funded, nationally accredited training to achieve qualifications will be provided after a three-month probationary period. To be successful in this role, you will be a hardworking team player who is detail-oriented, works methodically and accurately and displays excellent customer service at all times. In addition, you will have:

What you can expect:
You will be required to work in the dispensary assisting the dispensing team in providing an efficient and professional dispensing service in line with company policies and procedures. Whilst always maintaining excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner, enhancing the success of the pharmacy.
Key accountabilities will be:
- To ensure customer prescriptions are received and dispensed in a timely manner
- To reduce Owings by managing the optimum stock levels
- To fully comply with SOPs to ensure patient safety
- To support and proactively seek opportunities to increase revenue by actively promoting appropriate services to meet customer needs, maintain and grow the profitability of the pharmacy
- Help prepare medicine trays.
