Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Self Employed Cleaner for up to 8 hours per week, to provide exceptional cleaning services across various locations. This role offers flexibility and independence, allowing you to manage your own schedule while delivering top-quality cleaning standards. As a self-employed professional, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in residential, commercial, ensuring spaces are spotless, organized, and welcoming. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will help create a positive experience for clients and contribute to their comfort and satisfaction. Must be DBS checked and have public liability insurance. Must have their own transportation and provide own products and equipment. Also responsible for paying their own tax and N.I .
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain high standards of hygiene in all spaces, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment efficiently and safely
- Manage your own schedule to meet client deadlines and preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Keep detailed records of completed work and any supplies used or needed for future visits
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed promptly and to the highest quality standards
Skills
- Proven janitorial or commercial cleaning experience with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and procedures
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to organize your own workload efficiently
