Interim Finance Manager – 6 Month Contract
I'm recruiting an Interim Finance Manager for one of my clients in Peterborough. This is a great opportunity for an experienced, fully qualified finance professional to play a key role during a period of change and transformation.
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing budgeting and forecasting for a specific entity
- Delivery of month end results including variance reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring queries are resolved accurately and on time
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure costs are accurately calculated and purchase orders are raised correctly
- Helping maintain strong financial controls and smooth processes throughout a period of transition and change
What we're looking for:
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Experience of working in a large, corporate organisation
- Excellent knowledge of month end controls, weekly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and variance analysis
- Proven ability to investigate and resolve supplier and invoicing discrepancies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with other business entities both UK and overseas
