**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Full Knowlege of SAGE , MS Office , Word , Excel & Outlook
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Good Telephone Manner able to take orders over the phone , manage any queries
- Assist in computerizing office processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Create & Manage a Filing Sytem for the company
- Support the team with any other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Competent in SAGE
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to computerize office processes for improved workflow.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on office management.
