An exciting opportunity has arisen within Digital Services for a full time permanent Device Management Team Leader.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
As our Device Management team leader, youll manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of digital devices across the organisation, ensuring efficient and secure operations. With a mix of technical expertise and leadership, youll play a pivotal role in improving service delivery, leading a skilled team, and driving organisational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver top-tier ICT support and solutions.
- Oversee the configuration, deployment, and management of devices such as computers, tablets, and mobiles.
- Support system implementation, performance monitoring, and staff development
- Drive performance and contribute to exciting projects that make a difference.
- Contribute to operational planning and cross-service initiatives.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You will need a degree in computing or related discipline or significant, proven leadership and technical experience within a device management environment. You will also need proven experience managing endpoint security and cloud-based endpoint management platforms.
