Are you a passionate and caring Early Years professional who loves helping babies thrive? We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Baby Room Practitioner to become part of our warm, supportive, and dedicated team.

What you'll be doing
As a valued member of our Baby Room team, you will:
- Create engaging, age-appropriate experiences that support babies' learning and development through play.
- Build warm, secure relationships with our youngest children, helping them feel safe, happy, and confident.
- Provide high-quality care, including feeding, changing, comforting, and supporting each child's individual routine.
- Observe and monitor children's development, keeping accurate records and sharing their progress with parents and colleagues.
- Work closely with your team to provide a consistent, nurturing approach to care and education.
- Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene.
- Help create a welcoming, organised and stimulating learning environment where every child can flourish.
- Continue your own professional development as part of our supportive and ambitious team.
We're looking for someone who has:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working with babies in a nursery or early years setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's early learning and development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a busy, supportive team.
- Knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and health and safety requirements.
