We are expanding and seeking a skilled ADAS Calibration Technician to join our growing team.
Role Overview
As an ADAS Calibration Technician, you will be responsible for the accurate calibration of vehicle sensor systems such as cameras, radar, and LiDAR. These systems play a crucial role in driver safety technologies including lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, emergency braking, and more. This role is hands-on, technical, and ideal for someone who takes pride in detail-oriented diagnostic work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform static and dynamic calibrations of ADAS systems using OEM-specific procedures and equipment.
- Operate advanced diagnostic tools and calibration rigs to ensure sensor accuracy.
- Conduct vehicle alignment and measurement checks where necessary.
- Maintain clear documentation of all work performed in line with company and manufacturer standards.
- Liaise with team members and occasionally customers to explain services and results.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in the workshop and on-site environments.
- Stay up to date with the latest ADAS technologies and calibration procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Full UK License - held for at least 3 years (required)
- Basic understanding of automotive electrical systems and diagnostic tools.
- Attention to detail with a focus on precision and safety.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
