Trainee CAD/BIM Technician

Trainee CAD/BIM Technician in our friendly and relaxed Essex based office. This is a computer-based position for an Office Junior.
Working alongside our experienced staff you will be trained in-house to produce building services drawings in 2D & 3D using AutoCAD and Revit software. The successful candidates will be fully trained in a future proof skill that could potentially be applied to many other industries.
The opportunities within the company are long-term and progressive promotion is available to the right candidates.
Duties:
· Assisting in the production of 3D building services drawings using Revit
· Amending 3D building services models
· Creating and amending drawing sheets
· Producing 2D building services drawings using AutoCAD
· Amending/revising existing 2D drawings
Experience:
· Knowledge of computers is preferable however not essential
· Previous experience of AutoCAD and/or Revit is not necessary as in house training will be provided
· An interest in building services would be preferable although previous experience and knowledge not a requirement
· The position would ideally suit college leavers/sixth form leavers

Office Hours are: 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Starting Salary: Between£22,000 & £25,000
