The Role:
We are currently seeking a Part 2 Scaffolder to join our experienced team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to oversee jobs alongside a labourer when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Erecting, altering, and dismantling scaffolding structures to TG20:21 standards
- Supervising and working alongside a labourer or trainee
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
- Conducting on-site inspections and maintaining a clean, safe working environment
- Liaising with site managers and ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Be willing and able to work away when required (accommodation and expenses provided)
Requirements:
- CISRS Part 2 Scaffolder card (essential)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Proven experience in scaffolding installation and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and lead small site teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting wage: £20–£23 per hour (depending on experience)
