HGV Class 1 Car Transporter Driver (Tramping)
WS Specialists are recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Car Transporter Drivers to join our team based in Immingham, North Lincolnshire.
This is a permanent Monday to Friday tramping role with guaranteed hours, a dedicated modern Scania, and overtime opportunities.

Pay
- £14.00 per hour – Monday to Friday
- £17.00 per hour – Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays
- Guaranteed 50 hours per week
- Overtime available
- £12 tax-free daily meal allowance
- £25 tax-free night-out allowance
- Paid fortnightly
Requirements
- HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Proven experience handling abnormal, wide and long loads is essential
- Experience operating vehicle transporters is highly advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to vehicle inspections
- A strong commitment to safety and customer service
The Role
- Operating commercial vehicle transporters
- Loading and unloading vehicles using manual and mechanical ramps
- Completing vehicle damage inspections before loading and delivery
- Working Monday to Friday with regular nights out
- Operating to the highest safety standards
