Head Door Supervisor
Pay: £28 per hour
Duties:
* Lead and manage the door team.
* Maintain queue management and venue safety.
* Act as the main point of contact for venue management.
* Maintain a calm, authoritative presence at all times.
Requirements:
* Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
* Smart, professional appearance.
* Ideally over 6ft with a strong physical presence.
* Previous experience leading security teams.
* Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
