Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated 360 Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for care staffing roles. You will source, screen, and place candidates, while managing relationships with care providers to ensure their staffing needs are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360 recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and placing care staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with care homes and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in CRM systems.
- Ensure all candidates are compliant with DBS checks, qualifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve weekly and monthly placement and recruitment targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with client needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in care staffing recruitment or 360 recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the UK care sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Professional, presentable, and client-focused.
- Experience using recruitment software or CRM tools is a plus.
