The Opportunity
You will be responsible for developing our Care Home client base across the UK, securing new contracts, and establishing long-term relationships with care providers.
This role offers complete ownership of your desk and the chance to build a department around yourself.
For the right individual, there is a clear pathway to becoming a Team Leader within six months, where you will have the opportunity to recruit, train, and manage your own team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and approaching care homes across the UK.
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activity.
- Building relationships with owners, directors, and decision-makers.
- Conducting client meetings both virtually and in person.
- Negotiating contracts and commercial agreements.
- Managing your own sales pipeline and CRM.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Working closely with the recruitment team to deliver exceptional service.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies for the Care Home division.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, or Account Management experience.
- A strong track record of winning new business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Resilient mindset and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Someone who sees KPIs as minimum expectations, not targets.
Experience within healthcare, social care, recruitment, or staffing is highly desirable but not essential.
