Craggies is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking full time team member to join our café. This is a fast paced, customer facing role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who thrives in a lively environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys getting to know regular customers and welcoming new ones.
Our Café serves high quality freshly prepared breakfasts and lunches and delicious cakes and coffees. You’ll be working in the Cafe, engaging with customers, making coffee, organising orders and helping to create a warm, welcoming experience that keeps people coming back.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving customers with energy, warmth and efficiency
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness
- Working as part of a close knit team in a busy environment built on making the customer journey enjoyable and aiding the experience to help our customer feel valued and well cared for.
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
- Experience in hospitality or food service is a bonus.
