Key Responsibilities
- Lead holiday operations, booking coordination, and travel service delivery
- Oversee travel packages, supplier communication, schedules, and customer support standards
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Coordinate with travel partners, hotels, transport providers, and internal teams
- Monitor budgets, booking performance, customer feedback, and service quality
- Support team leadership, staff training, and workflow improvement
- Prepare operational reports and recommendations for senior management
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in travel operations, holiday planning, tourism services, hospitality, or customer service leadership
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with travel suppliers, bookings, or customer-facing travel services is an advantage

Education

Pay: £58,000.00-£78,000.00 per year
