Your Role Will Include:
- Supervising and motivating a team of cleaning operatives
- Conducting quality checks and ensuring cleaning standards are consistently high
- Managing supplies/equipment
- Acting as the key point of contact for the client on-site
What You’ll Need:
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) – essential
- Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities role
- Great communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
