Full-Time Multi-Trade Handyman / Maintenance Operative – Excellent Pay
We are looking for a reliable, experienced and hardworking multi-trade handyman to join us on a full-time basis.
The role is Monday to Friday, with optional weekend work available. You must be flexible and willing to travel to different jobs as directed. Most of our work is based across West London, South London, Surrey and the surrounding areas.
Duties will include:
* Basic electrical work, including replacing extractor fans, plugs, sockets, switches and light fittings
* Basic plumbing, including replacing or bleeding radiators, changing taps and bath traps, and repairing small leaks under sinks
* Tiling, tile repairs and regrouting
* Plastering full rooms and carrying out smaller plaster repairs
* Painting and decorating
* Replacing or repairing kitchen units, cupboards, doors and fittings
* General property maintenance and handyman work
Applicants must be confident working independently, completing jobs to a high standard and attending different locations as required.
A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential, as transport can be arranged. Fuel and all authorised work-related travel expenses will be covered by us.
A valid CSCS card would be an advantage. However, if you do not currently have one, we are willing to cover the cost of obtaining it for the right candidate.
