About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and personable individual to actively source and secure daytime bookings for our large events space. This role is focused on bringing new business into the venue by identifying organisations, businesses, and individuals who require space for meetings, classes, workshops, rehearsals, networking events, and private hire.
Key Responsibilities
· Actively seek out potential daytime users of the venue (businesses, instructors, community groups, creatives, corporates)
· Promote the venue via email, phone, in-person visits, and online outreach
· Manage enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
· Arrange and conduct venue viewings
· Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up opportunities
· Work closely with management to agree pricing and packages
· Help develop repeat bookings and long-term client relationships

· Dynamic and confident communicator with a sales or business development mindset
· Self-motivated and results-driven
· Comfortable approaching businesses and individuals
· Organised and reliable with good attention to detail
· Experience in sales, hospitality, events, or venue management is essential
