Join a Team That Changes Lives Every Day
Are you ready to be part of something truly special?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker—whether you're an established Band 6 practitioner or ready to take the next step in your career—to join our highly regarded Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Team.
At Bradford EIP, we are passionate about transforming lives. We work alongside people experiencing a first episode of psychosis at one of the most pivotal moments in their recovery journey, helping them regain hope, confidence and control over their future. Every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful difference, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering outstanding, person-centred care across Bradford, Airedale and Craven.
Why Join Us?
Our service has a strong reputation for innovation, quality and compassionate care. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming, supportive and forward-thinking team where staff wellbeing, development and professional growth are genuinely valued.
As a Care Coordinator, you'll become part of a vibrant multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals who work collaboratively with service users and their families using a bio-psycho-social, spiritual and recovery-focused approach. You'll be encouraged to bring your ideas, expertise and passion while being supported every step of the way.
The Role
You'll coordinate care and support for individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis, working collaboratively with them, their families and partner agencies to provide holistic, recovery-orientated interventions that promote independence, resilience and hope.
This is an incredibly rewarding role for someone who thrives on building relationships, embraces multidisciplinary working and is passionate about helping people achieve their personal goals.
