Penguin Uniform is a branded workwear, embroidery and print business in Cheltenham. We started in a garage during COVID and we've grown into a 19-strong team working out of an 11,000 sq ft unit, with two customer-excellence awards to show for it. We got here by doing what we say we'll do — no grey area — and by looking after the people who get the work out the door.
We're looking for someone dependable to join the floor. You might come from a print background, or you might come from a warehouse or general operative background and be happy to learn the print side — either way works for us. What matters is that you turn up, take pride in getting orders out right, and pull with the team.
What you'll be doing
- Running print and finishing work to spec, or learning to (we'll train you on the machines)
- Picking, packing and prepping orders for dispatch
- Keeping stock, materials and the work area organised and tidy
- Checking work for quality before it goes out — getting it right first time
- Mucking in across the floor when it's busy, wherever the team needs a hand
What we're looking for
- Reliable and hard-working — you do what you say you'll do
- Happy on your feet and comfortable with hands-on, physical work
- Care about doing a proper job, not just a quick one
- A team player — ego last, the order out the door first
- Print, warehouse or production experience is a bonus, but attitude matters more; we'll teach the rest

What you'll get
- £13.00 per hour, paid monthly.
- Full-time, permanent role with guaranteed hours — 37.5 hours a week, on a 4 day Monday to Thursday 6am to 4pm pattern. (alternative schedule possible)
