What you’ll earn
- £25,000 basic salary, rising with progression
- Uncapped commission, realistic OTE of £58,000+ in your first year, no ceiling on what you can take home

How you’ll work
- Choose solo or buddy. Share a car and a patch with a teammate, or run your own area independently. Your call.

- Full support from your Regional Director, with daily check-ins and callbacks built into the day

Training
You’ll go through the Your Local Field Sales Induction before you’re ever knocking on a door alone, full product training, objection-handling, and a buddy shift with an experienced rep. No experience necessary. No one gets thrown in at the deep end.
A day in the life
- 9:00 — Meet your buddy (or head out solo) in your company car to your assigned area
- 10:00 — Start knocking doors, introducing homeowners and businesses to Your Local
- 12:30 — Lunch, your schedule
- 1:00 — Back out, more conversations, more sign-ups
- 4:30 — Check in with your Regional Director, wrap up callbacks
- 6:00 — Done for the day, closer to your OTE, and building toward your next promotion
About you
- A natural talker who genuinely enjoys people, sales experience helps but isn’t required
- Self-motivated: you don’t need someone stood over you to hit a target
- A full UK driving licence
- Ambitious, you want a career, not just a job
