Sales Administrator & Sales Progressor
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £27,500 basic salary (£30,000 OTE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (some flexibility in working hours may be considered if required for the right candidate)

We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Sales Administrator & Sales Progressor to join our growing team.
This is a varied role combining sales progression with general sales administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys seeing a property transaction through from instruction to completion while supporting a high-performing sales team.
The Role
Sales Progression
- Managing property sales from agreed sale through to legal completion.
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, buyers, sellers, surveyors and other estate agents.
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues that could delay transactions.
- Providing regular updates to clients and customers throughout the sales process.
- Working closely with our negotiators and valuers to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Maintaining accurate records on our CRM system.
- Delivering exceptional 5-star customer service throughout every stage of the transaction.
Sales Administration
- Preparing properties ready for launch, including creating property records, marketing particulars and ensuring all required documentation is in place.
- Assisting with compliance and pre-marketing administration.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Producing sales documentation and supporting marketing preparation.
- Ensuring all records and files are accurate and up to date.
- Helping to deliver a consistently high standard of customer care and service.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working within an estate agency (preferred).
- Has sales progression experience (strongly preferred).
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding 5-star customer service.
- Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Is confident communicating with clients and professional contacts by telephone and email.
- Can manage multiple transactions simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure.
- Is proactive, solutions-focused and takes ownership of their workload.
- Has strong IT skills and is comfortable learning new software systems.
