About the role
We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy, fresh food kitchen.
This role would suit an experienced CDP looking for more responsibility or someone ready to take the next step in their career.
What you'll be doing
- Running a section during service
- Confidently working the pass when required
- Preparing and cooking fresh food
- Supporting menu development and daily specials
- Maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards
- Working as part of a small, experienced kitchen team
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Confident during busy services
- Positive attitude and good teamwork
- Reliable and organised
- Passion for producing quality food
