We are looking for an experienced C1 & D1 Driving Instructor to join our team on a part-time, as-and-when basis, with an immediate start available.
This role would be particularly well suited to a semi-retired instructor or someone looking for flexible hours while continuing to use their professional driving and training experience.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering professional, patient and high-quality driving tuition to customers preparing for their C1 and D1 practical driving tests.
Duties will include:
- Delivering C1 and D1 driving lessons
- Preparing learners for their practical driving tests
- Assessing learners' progress and providing constructive feedback
- Ensuring lessons are delivered safely and professionally
- Helping learners build confidence and develop the skills required to pass their test
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience delivering C1 and/or D1 driving tuition
- Holds the appropriate qualifications and is authorised to provide professional driving instruction
- Has a good knowledge of C1 and D1 test standards and requirements
- Is patient, professional and approachable
- Has excellent communication skills
- Takes pride in providing a high standard of tuition
- Is reliable and flexible
Previous C1/D1 instructor experience is essential.
This is a flexible opportunity with work available as and when required, making it ideal for someone who doesn't want full-time hours but would like to continue teaching.
