Evolution Football is seeking an engaging, dynamic and dedicated Football Coach to join our technical coaching programme in Alton, Hampshire.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and developing players. Be an engaging and inspirational role model, and deliver coaching sessions which are progressive, fast paced and fun!

Location / Time:
Thursdays - 4pm-6pm (Alton Football Club, Alton, Hampshire)
*Plus Holiday Skills Camps to run through each half term
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality football coaching sessions in line with the Evolution Football philosophy and curriculum.
- Create a professional, enjoyable and innovative environment for the players to develop their football skills.
- Implement coaching strategies to enhance players overall performance, motivation and experience.
- Provide positive and detailed individual feedback to players to help them improve their technique, confidence and game craft.
- Motivate and inspire players to achieve their full potential, both on and off the pitch.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training sessions.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum FA Level 2 (UEFA ‘C’)
- Experience of coaching young players.
- Valid Safeguarding / First Aid / DBS Check
- Driving License and own vehicle
Key Skills:
- Experience in football coaching and youth player development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills. To inspire and motivate.
- Ability to demonstrate, break down and teach football techniques. - Ability to adapt and work with players of all ages and abilities. - Focus on individual development within a group setting.
Pay: £25.00-£50.00 per hour
