Our reputation is built on exceptional craftsmanship, reliability and outstanding customer service, and we're looking for two experienced Exhibition Stand Builders to join our growing team.

The Role
As part of our installation team, you'll help build and dismantle exhibition stands at venues across the UK and Europe. You'll work closely with our Project Managers and Warehouse team to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
The role involves regular travel, overnight stays and weekend working during busy exhibition periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and dismantle exhibition stands.
- Read technical drawings and stand layouts.
- Install flooring, graphics, lighting, furniture and AV equipment.
- Assist with LED video wall installations.
- Load, unload and transport exhibition equipment safely.
- Drive company vehicles to venues and stock pick ups.
- Carry out final quality checks before client handover.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Support warehouse operations, including picking, packing and stock control when required.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- At least one year's experience in exhibition stand installation, live events, experiential marketing, retail display installation or a similar hands-on installation role.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Valid passport.
- Able to travel throughout the UK and Europe.
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and excellent team ethic.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
Desirable
- Experience with beMatrix (or similar) systems.
- Experience installing AV equipment or LED video walls.
- Forklift, IPAF or PASMA qualifications (training available).

Based in Andover, Hampshire. Applicants must live in Andover or within a reasonable commuting distance.
