Our Pottery Studio Team Members are responsible for assisting all visitors to the Studio. Guests will pick pieces of pottery to paint and team members will glaze the finished designs.
The exact nature of the duties and responsibilities will vary throughout the season and our Pottery Studio Team Members will be expected to work flexibly and carry out duties that are reasonably required and is appropriate to ability and training.
Key Responsibilities: These may/will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers with painting techniques where needed.
- Actively promoting ceramic products and driving sales.
- Glazing, loading and unloading pottery in a kiln. •
Unpacking and restocking product shipments and cafe goods.
- Cleaning the studio, and completing daily H&S checks.
- Making and serving beverages and snacks. •
Cash handling and reconciliation. •
Performing opening/closing duties.
Health & Safety:
- To read and sign off the appropriate Risk Assessments / COSHH
- To wear and care for PPE
- To record all findings on daily checklists
- To adhere to all safe work practices and procedures
- To report to Park Manager any Health and Safety concerns on Park.
