We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and organised Administrative Assistant to join our busy and friendly team.
This role involves a variety of administrative duties, including opening and scanning incoming mail, preparing outgoing correspondence, filing, maintaining office organisation, and providing general support to our Solicitors and Paralegals as required. Previous experience within a legal administration environment is desirable.
The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail. They should be able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and consistently maintain a high standard of work. Strong organisational and communication skills, along with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, are essential.
