Salary: Up to £34,500 DOE

What you'll be doing:

Managing a warm desk with guaranteed business from existing client database and candidate pipeline

Building strong relationships with Primary Schools and educators across the Southwest

Matching the right people to the right roles (from daily supply to permanent placements for teachers and support staff)

Proactively engage in business development activities including school visits to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions

Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods
What are we looking for:

Experience in recruitment is desirable but not essential

Proactive individual who is able to adapt to a fast paced environment

A confident and strong communicator who is a target driven and goal orientated

The desire to genuinely want an opportunity to grow their career in recruitment with a well-established and reputable brand

Full Driving License preferred due to weekly school visits
