- Helping to prepare breakfast/lunch menu to a high standard
- Undertaking food preparation and service whilst maintaining high levels of hygiene and food standards.
- Washing up and ensuring that the kitchen is clean.
- Ensuring the kitchen area is always clean, tidy and organised to Health and Safety standards
- Assisting in monitoring the kitchen stock, replenishing when necessary
- Doing next day prep and adhering to daily cleaning rotas
- Share of tips
- Our opening hours are 8am – 3pm every day
- The days are set ...Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday - 14hrs per week
