Pay rate: £14.00 per hour -Weekly or Monthly Pay available!
Shift pattern: 07.00am–16.00pm (M-F no weekends)
Hours: 18 hour per week
Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (essential – you’ll enjoy trips out & driving the client’s vehicle!)
We are looking for a kind, confident, enthusiastic Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Walsall. This young lady has complex clinical needs including tracheostomy care, medication administration and communicates using British Sign Language.
You will be assisting her to attend secondary school, helping to make each day fun and empowering.
What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine. To help them make the most of these outings, we’re looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence.
As a Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:

Providing high‑quality support on a 1:1 basis

Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community

Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing

Supporting communication in the way that works best for them

Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
