Flexi Night Support Worker – Experienced Care Professional
Location: Amber House, Broughton, North Lincolnshire (DN20)
We have an excellent career opportunity for a Flexi Night Support Worker to join our team here at Amber House based at our modern 13 bedroom Residential Home based in Broughton, North Lincolnshire (DN20 postcode).

Hours: We can offer you excellent working hours to suit you, such as 36 or 42 per week.
Notice of allocated shifts will be provided 4 weeks in advance
Night shifts are 19:45pm to 07:45am

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting residents with autism and/or learning disabilities in their daily lives.
- Delivering personal care with dignity and respect.
- Promoting independence and meaningful community engagement.
- Following care plans and maintaining accurate records in line with CQC standards.
- Being a proactive team player, always striving to provide the highest quality care.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in adult care settings (residential, supported living, or similar).
- Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Compassion, patience, and a professional attitude.
- Reliability and commitment to high standards of care.
