Why join Everwealth?
This isn't a role where you'll become employee number 250 in a large corporate machine.
You'll be joining a growing independent financial planning firm at an exciting stage of its journey, working directly alongside the two founding directors to help shape the way the business operates. We specialise in retirement and pension planning for clients aged 50+ across Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and beyond, built on a boutique, quality-over-volume model.
We believe great client service starts with great people. That means giving our team the tools, flexibility and trust to do the job well, encouraging new ideas and investing in personal development.
As a key early hire, you'll have genuine influence over how the business evolves. If you enjoy improving processes, embracing technology and working closely with a small team where your work genuinely makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
How we work: You'll have a direct line to both directors, the systems to run smoothly from home, and real autonomy over your day. This will suit someone who's happy and productive working independently, with occasional in-person catch-ups to stay connected.
