Base Salary: £25,000
OTE: £75,000 (First year earnings)

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Negotiator to join our successful team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional looking to take the next step in their career and develop within the prime London property market.
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for registering and qualifying applicants, conducting viewings, generating new business and negotiating property sales from initial enquiry through to completion. You’ll build trusted relationships with vendors and buyers, use your knowledge of the London market to identify opportunities and play an important role in delivering the high level of service Aston Chase is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties across the London sales market
- Register, qualify and proactively manage prospective buyers
- Conduct property viewings and provide knowledgeable advice to applicants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Respond to enquiries quickly and professionally, maximising every opportunity
- Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers and progress sales through to completion
- Generate new business and identify opportunities to increase instructions and revenue
- Maintain regular communication with vendors, providing updates on enquiries, viewings and offers
- Develop a strong understanding of local market conditions, property values and competitor activity
- Work proactively to secure new instructions and maximise sales opportunities
- Work closely with the wider team to maximise buyer and vendor opportunities
- Ensure all applicant and property records are accurate and up to date
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and represent Aston Chase professionally
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within residential sales or estate agency is preferred
- Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident conducting property viewings and dealing with clients face-to-face
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on converting opportunities into successful deals
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple applicants, properties and transactions
- Proactive, resilient and motivated by achieving targets
- Strong attention to detail and a professional approach
- Good knowledge or genuine interest in the London property market
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A genuine ambition to develop and progress within the property industry
